Named for one of the oldest parts of York, the Shambles is lively and packed full of energy - much like it's name sake. Featuring a blend of Tanzanian, Ethiopian and Brazilian beans medium roasted, this blend is bright yet balanced, with citrus and berry notes on top, floral sweetness in the middle, and smooth chocolate–nut undertones. Medium body, lively acidity, and a clean finish.
